Return & Cancellation Policy

Return Eligibility

At vonEgypt Pickleball, we accept returns of brand-new, unused items in their original packaging. Items must not have been altered in any way. Used items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Email vonegyptpb@gmail.com to request a return. We will provide the return shipping address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to vonEgypt Pickleball.

Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 5 business days to determine whether it meets our return requirements. We reserve the right to accept or deny a return based on the item’s condition, packaging, and any alterations.

Refunds and Restocking Fee

If your return is approved, we will process a refund of the original purchase amount, minus a $20 restocking fee.

Items that do not meet the return requirements are not eligible for a refund.

Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation of an order before it has shipped by emailing vonegyptpb@gmail.com.

If your order is canceled before shipping, we will refund the original purchase amount, minus a $10 cancellation fee.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and are subject to the return policy above.
