Back in 2024, we introduce revolutionary Near Field Communication (NFC) chip technology. This groundbreaking feature enables users to electronically link their paddle to JOOLA’s database, facilitating hassle-free registration. By registering your paddle, you unlock a host of benefits. These include an extended 12-month warranty and exclusive access to JOOLA content via our Infinity app.
The NFC chip is available in Pro-level paddles released from 2024 through the present such as 3S and Pro IV.

Accessing the NFC Chip:

To access the NFC chip using your phone, unlock your phone and hold it near the top of your handle. For iPhone users, try tilting your phone to the side. For Android users, try keeping your phone vertical (shown below). Once connected, a link will pop-up on your device that when clicked, will take you to the registration page.
